We are Stacy Agency, providing auto insurance to those who reside in the fifteen states we represent. If you are a resident of Arizona, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, or Wisconsin, we would be happy to serve you. Anyone owning or operating a vehicle must have insurance, which is required by state law. If you cannot prove that you have insurance and you are involved in an accident or pulled over, you can suffer major consequences. You will also be financially responsible for any injuries and or damages, and this can have a huge impact on your finances.
You will need, at minimum, basic liability insurance coverage on your vehicle if you drive. Minimum auto insurance requirements include:
- $25,000 for bodily injury per person
- $50,000 bodily injury per accident
- $25,000 for property damage liability for each accident
What are my options for coverage?
If you want to get more protection than just the basic liability, you can choose from any of the following options:

These types of coverage options can give you peace of mind, since the more coverage you have, the more protection you will receive. If you need roadside assistance or towing, you can add these as additional coverage options. You can also add rental coverage. This option provides you with a rental car while your vehicle is being repaired.
